Upon delivery, please always inspect the package for any damage. If the package appears damaged, please reject the delivery so the carrier can return it to us, and we can issue a full refund.
If you already accepted the package (or a neighbour did), and you discover damage, please contact our customer service team immediately. It's important to report damage promptly to ensure a smooth resolution.
To facilitate a damage report with the carrier, our customer service will need the following information from you:
Photos of:
- The damaged package
- The damaged items (if any)
- The delivery label on the package
