If an item is missing from your order upon delivery, the most common reasons are:
- Your order was shipped in multiple parcels
Your order may have been divided into two separate parcels. Please check if you have received two separate dispatch confirmation emails.
- Item cancelled due to being out of stock
The item may have been cancelled from your order because it was unavailable in stock.
How to check if an item was cancelled
You will not be charged for cancelled items. If an item is cancelled from your order, you should receive an email informing you about the cancellation.
- Check your invoice to see if the item is listed and whether you were charged for it.
- Check your email for any cancellation notifications from us.
