Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders, as the order information is sent directly from our online shop to our warehouse system for fast processing and delivery.
Refuse delivery
If you wish to refuse delivery, you can decline it when the carrier attempts to deliver the package.
If your parcel gets delivered to a parcel shop, you have two options:
- You can choose not to pick up the parcel, and it will automatically be returned to us after 7–10 days.
- You can visit the parcel shop and request that they return the parcel directly.
When a parcel is refused at delivery, you are not required to pay the return fee. However, the return fee may be automatically deducted from your refund. To avoid this, please contact our customer service after rejecting the parcel, so they can ensure the fee is not deducted from your refund.
As soon as the returned items are processed at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email and refund you for the items and the delivery cost.
If you are unable to refuse delivery - for example, if the carrier leaves the parcel at your home when you are not there - please follow our standard return procedure. In that case, you are obliged to pay the return fee as a return label will be used.
