I am asked to pay my invoice but have not received my refund yet
If you have returned items but are being asked to pay your invoice at Klarna before your refund is processed at our warehouse, you may have the option to extend your payment with Klarna.
If you're unable to extend the payment, please pay your invoice, and Klarna will refund you once they receive the refund for the returned items.
Our customer service cannot extend your invoice payment, as you have entered into a payment agreement directly with Klarna. To manage your payment, please log in to the Klarna app or website. If you need assistance, contact Klarna's customer service directly.
How do I receive my Klarna invoice?
Invoice payments are processed by Klarna, meaning you will enter into a payment agreement with them. Payments must be made within the timeframe you've agreed to with Klarna.
You’ll receive an email containing your invoice from Klarna as soon as your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received the email, we kindly advise you to check your spam folder or log in via the Klarna website at www.klarna.com. Registration is not required—just click on "Log in" on the Klarna homepage.
If you’ve lost your invoice, you can easily download and print a new one at www.klarna.com.
I did not receive my Klarna invoice
We partner with Klarna to offer invoice payments. For privacy reasons, our customer service is unable to access your Klarna account or invoice. As such, we cannot assist in cases where you have not received your Klarna invoice.

Why did I receive a payment reminder when I have already paid my Klarna invoice?
Please check the amount you've paid against the amount listed on the invoice. If you've returned items from your order, you should have received an email from us detailing the returned items. Please verify that all the items you've sent back are listed in that email.
