Credit Card
You’ll be charged as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
If, for any reason, we’re unable to send your parcel, you will not be charged.
The amount might be reserved on your account by the credit card issuer, meaning the funds will be temporarily unavailable for use.
PayPal
You’ll be charged once we’ve registered the incoming payment. Payments are usually confirmed by PayPal within a few minutes.
If we’re unable to send your parcel, we’ll refund the money to your PayPal account.
Klarna
When you are charged for your order depends on the payment agreement you have entered into with Klarna. If you are unsure about how to pay your Klarna invoice, please check your Klarna account or contact Klarna directly.
If we’re unable to send your parcel, we will inform Klarna so they can update your invoice.
Gift Card
The amount for your order will be deducted from your gift card immediately when you place the order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the amount back to the original gift card. Please retain your gift card until your order is received and any potential refunds are processed.
In some cases, depending on the reason for the refund, we may issue a new gift card instead of refunding the amount to your original gift card.
