You can return your order either in store or by mail.
In-Store Return (Free):
Return items at any JACK & JONES store in Canada. Please bring:
Your order number (starting with OL96)
The delivery postal code
The item(s) you wish to return
Important:
You cannot return items in store if a return label has already been requested. Once a label is issued, the return must be completed by mail using that label.
Return labels cannot be canceled once requested.
Online Return (By Mail):
A return fee of $9.95 (tax included) will be deducted from your refund.
Start your return via the Return Portal.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
