By being a member of JACK & JONES CLUB, you will be able to earn points when you shop online at jackjones.com, via our app and in our physical stores.
Please note that some JACK & JONES stores are owned and operated by external franchisees and only some of these franchise stores offer JACK & JONES CLUB benefits such as points and redemption of reward-vouchers. Please consult the individual store.
Benefits are limited to individuals residing in BE, LU, DK, NL, IT, CH, AT, IE, UK, SE, FR, FI, DE, ES, PT, NO, PL, SL, CY, CZ. Employees and other persons associated with Bestseller are excluded from earning points and other club benefits.
Points:
You earn 1 point per 1 USD you spend, and points are valid for 12 months. For every 100 points you earn, you will receive one 5 USD bonus voucher. Please note that you will not earn points on purchases of gift cards.
Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if you return the item. At any time, you may view your point balance by visiting your member account.
To collect points, you must be logged into your account when shopping online and in our physical stores you must scan your member ID before making a purchase.
The points you earn are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or member.
If case of suspicion of fraud or misuse, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
Reward-vouchers:
- Reward-vouchers will be issued 5 days after you have reached the point limit of 100 points. The voucher will be available in your member account and can be used online at jackjones.com, in our app and in our physical stores and those franchise stores that are participating in our customer club scheme, cf. above.
- Reward-vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The reward-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy gift cards and your will not get your voucher back if you return an item purchased (partly) with a reward-voucher. The reward-voucher works as a discount and in case of return you will be refunded the amount you actually paid. If you buy more than one item when using the voucher, the discount will be split between the items.
