By signing up as a JACK & JONES club member, you will be able to earn points when you shop online at our Website, www.jackjones.com or via our mobile application, and in our physical stores.
These Jack & Jones Customer Club Benefit Terms are expressly incorporated into and made part of the Customer Club Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms that are used here but not defined have the meaning provided in the Terms and Conditions.
Benefits are limited to individuals residing in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. Employees and other persons associated with Bestseller are excluded from earning points and other club benefits.
Points
You earn 1 point per $4 you spend, and points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. For every 100 points you earn, you will receive one 10% bonus voucher, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that you will not earn points on purchases of gift cards.
Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if you return the item. At any time, you may view your point balance by visiting your member account.
To collect points, you must be logged into your account when shopping online and in our physical stores, you must scan your member ID (which is available on your account, accessible via our mobile app or Website) before making a purchase.
The points you earn are personal and cannot be transferred to any other person.
If case of suspicion of fraud or misuse, we may suspend or cancel your membership. If we cancel your membership, your points will be eliminated.
Bonus vouchers
Bonus vouchers will be issued 30 days after you have reached the point limit of 100 points. Each voucher will be available in your member account and can be used online at jackjones.com, on our mobile app, or in our physical stores.
The bonus vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy gift cards and you will not get your voucher back if you return an item purchased (fully or partly) with a bonus voucher. The bonus voucher works as a discount and in case of return you will be refunded the amount you actually paid. If you buy more than one item when using the voucher, the discount will be split between the items.
