If you have just received a return confirmation or refund confirmation email from us that only mentions some of your returned items, don't worry. Sometimes, items in the same parcel can be processed up to 48 hours apart.
If you haven't received a refund confirmation for all your returned items after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Please note that returns can take up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
