Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Shipping fee is 7.95 USD; free shipping threshold is 75 USD.
UPS Delivery Instruction
If you won’t be home to receive your UPS package, UPS may still be able to leave it for you if no signature is required. In some cases, the package may be left at your doorstep. If it cannot be delivered, UPS will usually leave a UPS InfoNotice with details about your next steps.
UPS will make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days if no one is available to receive the package. You may also be able to reschedule delivery or redirect your package through the UPS website, depending on the shipment.
Most UPS shipments do not require a signature. However, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
If delivery is not successful, your package may be taken to a nearby UPS Access Point for pickup, where it is usually held for up to seven days.
Tracking your order
All orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
