Change the size or colour of an item in my order
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to its contents. If you need to change the size or colour of an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item.
If you no longer want the item you originally ordered, you can refuse delivery if possible. If refusing delivery is not an option, please follow our standard procedure for returning the item.
Change the email address connected to my order
If you entered the incorrect email address for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order with the correct email address.
Change the phone number connected to my order
Unfortunately, we're currently unable to change the phone numbers associated with your order. However, you will receive order status updates via email. If you need to update your phone number for future orders, you can edit your account settings.
Change shipping address after order is placed
While we cannot modify the shipping address after you place your order, you may be able to redirect it through the chosen shipping provider, depending on their policies. Please contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
If the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name, phone or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. Once we’ve received it at our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with your refund. Please note that the return can take up to 14 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
