What is the return portal?
By registering your return online, you can track it through the return portal.
You will also receive updates on your parcel’s journey back to our warehouse and be notified when your return arrives for processing.
If you need a new label to return your items, you can easily create one yourself.
For all online orders, you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
Please note that returns can only be registered through the return portal for orders purchased online.
You only need to pay one return fee for each order you return, regardless of how many labels you create online or how many parcels your order is shipped in.
How to log in
You can access the returns portal without an account; simply provide your order number along with the postcode connected to the delivery address or the email address linked to the order.
I can't log into the portal
Here are the most common reasons you may be unable to log in to the returns portal:
1. You are using a returns portal that doesn’t correspond with the country from which you placed your order. Please ensure you are accessing the correct returns portal for your order's country.
2. You are entering the postcode for your home address instead of the postcode for the parcel shop. Please use the postcode associated with the parcel shop's address.
3. Your order was received more than 100 days ago. Please note that we only offer a 100-day return policy.
The portal says my order is too big
Unfortunately, our system automatically blocks large orders. But don't worry, you can split up your registration, by registering your return multiple times.
Each time you register a return, we'll give you a label. It doesn't matter which label you use; they're all connected to your order number and you can still send everything back in one package.
You only need to pay one return fee for each order you return, regardless of how many labels you create.
