How do I return something

You have 100 days from your delivery date to return any item. 
 

In-store return
Bring your item to any of our US stores along with proof of purchase. No label or packaging needed.
 

Mail-in return

1. Find your label — it's inside your original package.
2. Pack your item — use the original packaging or any bag/box. Cross out any old shipping labels.
3. Attach the pre-paid label to the outside of the package.
4. Drop it off at the carrier location shown on the label. Keep your proof of postage until you're refunded.
5. Get your refund — once we receive your return (up to 14 business days), we'll refund your original payment method.

Refunds may take an additional 2–30 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
