If you’re not at home and there’s no possibility of leaving the parcel with a neighbour, the carrier will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt. If this happens, a notification card will be left in your letter box at the 1st delivery attempt.
Tracking:
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.
