We are shipping from mainland Europe to the following areas in the United Kingdom with no hidden fees or taxes:
United Kingdom - including the Channel Islands (postcodes starting with GY and JE) and the Isle of Man (post codes starting with IM.)
Please note that for remote areas of the United Kingdom, delivery times may take up to 1-2 days longer (this is true for most of the Highlands and many of the islands of Scotland, Anglesey in Wales, and the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight in England).
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to areas that have special customs regulations.
Delivery type
We offer home delivery with Royal Mail. This means your order will be delivered directly to your specified address by Royal Mail.
If you're not at home and it's not possible to leave the parcel with a neighbour, Royal Mail will make a 2nd and 3rd delivery attempt. If they do, a notification card will be left in your letterbox after the 1st delivery attempt.
Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Please be aware that weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery for orders placed in the UK, regardless of the order size.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
