If you need fast delivery, we also offer express shipping to your home address with DHL Express.
Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
Delivery to a PostNord pick-up point
By choosing delivery with PostNord, you’re supporting the climate—PostNord funds projects that restore wetlands and build wind farms, all at no extra cost to you.
PostNord delivers your online order quickly and securely to the nearest service point or parcel locker.
There are around 2,600 PostNord pick-up points across Finland, located at K-Market, S-Market, R-kiosk, and Lidl stores. PostNord Lähibox lockers, which work via the mobile app, are also available outdoors, for example near apartment complexes.
When your package is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification via the mobile app, SMS, or email. Using the PostNord app is even more convenient, you’ll get a push notification, and no separate SMS is needed. You can also track your package through the app from start to finish.
The arrival notification includes instructions for collecting your package and the PIN code needed. For PostNord Lähibox lockers, you can open the compartment directly through the app—no code is required.
Note: For questions about the contents of your package, changes to your order, or complaints, please contact the company that sent the shipment.
How does express delivery work?
Your parcel will be delivered to your residence by DHL Express.
Before delivery, you will receive an SMS or email from DHL informing you that your package is on its way. After delivery, DHL will also send you an SMS or email confirming that the delivery has occurred.
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a message in your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, DHL will return the parcel to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. You will receive another email confirming the refund.
Delivery Schedule:

Monday - Thursday
Order before 17:00 → Next business day delivery.
Order after 17:00 → Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Friday - Saturday
Order before Saturday 22:00 → Delivery on Monday.

Sunday
Orders placed on Sunday → Delivery on Tuesday.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
