If you need fast delivery, we also offer express shipping to your home address with DHL Express.
Delivery time
While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays.
The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
The cost is fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
How does delivery with Correos work?
Correos offer two types of delivery:
- Home delivery
- Service Point Delivery
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If delivery is not possible and your shipment includes two attempts, you will receive another SMS informing you of a second delivery attempt at your home within 24 hours.
If delivery at your home is still not possible, you will receive an SMS with the details of the Correos office where you can pick up your package. Remember, you will have 15 days to collect it, and it will be available starting the day after you receive the SMS.
You only need to go to the indicated Correos office with your ID, and your shipment will be handed over to you. If you cannot pick it up personally, you must complete an authorization form specifying who you want to collect the package on your behalf. The authorized person must present their ID as well as a photocopy of yours.
Delivery time
Delivery time varies depending on your postal code.
Standard delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days.
For the following postal codes, delivery time ranges between 4 and 7 business days:

35001
38001
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following areas:
Postal codes starting with 35 – province of Las Palmas
Postal codes starting with 38 – province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Postal codes starting with 51 – Ceuta
Postal codes starting with 52 – Melilla

How does express delivery work?
Your parcel will be delivered to your residence by DHL Express.
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a message in your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, DHL will return the parcel to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. You will receive another email confirming the refund.
Delivery Schedule:

Order before 17:00 → Next business day delivery.
Order after 17:00 → Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Order before Saturday 22:00 → Delivery on Monday.

Orders placed on Sunday → Delivery on Tuesday.

We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country.
