We offer delivery with PostNord, GLS and DHL Express.
Our standard delivery time is between 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods, delivery times may be longer. The current delivery time is shown when you select the delivery method at checkout. The delivery time is also shown on the order confirmation.
Please note that none of our carriers offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
How does delivery with PostNord work?
PostNord contributes to the climate by financially supporting projects that restore former wetlands and build wind farms. When you order with PostNord, you support the climate at no extra cost to you.
Home delivery with PostNord
When your parcel is on its way, you will receive an SMS and/or email from PostNord containing a link to FlexChange. With FlexChange, you can choose to have the parcel left at a specific location at your address or delivered to a neighbour. This option saves you from needing to pick up the parcel at the Post Office if you're not home when PostNord attempts delivery. Please note that if you choose the FlexChange option, responsibility for the parcel will be transferred to you.
If you're not home when the carrier attempts delivery and you haven’t used FlexChange, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest available parcel shop.
You have 14 calendar days to collect your parcel from the parcel shop. If it is not collected within this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. In such cases, you will receive a confirmation email once we have received the parcel, and we will process a refund for you.
Delivery to PostNord parcel shop or box
You will receive an email and SMS notification when your parcel is ready for pickup. Parcels must be collected within 7 calendar days.
If the parcel is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.
You can choose to have your parcel delivered to one of PostNord's parcel shops or parcel boxes located throughout Denmark, with over 1,600 delivery points available.
- Parcel Shops: These are service points within existing stores, where you can collect your parcel during the store's opening hours.
- Parcel Boxes: These are located at local Coop stores or outdoor vending machines across the country, offering convenient access.
How does delivery with GLS work?
GLS ParcelShops are local shops that collaborate with GLS. They are conveniently located throughout the country and typically have long opening hours, allowing you to pick up your parcels at a time that suits you in your neighbourhood.
You will receive an email and SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection. Parcels must be picked up within 10 business days.
If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel, you will be notified via email, and we will begin processing your refund.
How does express delivery work?
Your parcel will be delivered to your residence by DHL Express.
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a message in your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, DHL will return the parcel to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. You will receive another email confirming the refund.

Order before 17:00 → Next business day delivery.
Order after 17:00 → Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Order before Saturday 22:00 → Delivery on Monday.

Orders placed on Sunday → Delivery on Tuesday.

All our shipping costs are fixed, regardless of the size or weight of your order.
The cost you see is the final price, with no additional charges or taxes upon delivery.
We offer free parcel shop delivery for orders above 399 kr.
Tracking your order
We'll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 working days for tracking information to become available.
All our parcels are shipped from Poland. You won't be able to track your parcel while it's in transit between Poland and the delivery country. The tracking will become active once the package arrives at the sorting facility in your country
