How does a refund with Credit Card work?

We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.

The steps are as follows: 

1. You will receive a return confirmation once the items have been registered in our warehouse. 
2. After that, we will send you a refund confirmation, in which we state that the refunded amount will be charged back onto your bank account within 5-30 business days depending on your bank institute.
3. In case you have not received the refund after 30 business days back on your credit card, please reach out to our customer service.
