How does a refund with Klarna work?

We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.

The steps are as follows: 

1. You will receive a return confirmation once the items have been registered in our warehouse. 
2. After that, we will send you a refund confirmation, in which we state that your Klarna invoice will be adjusted and refunded with the respective amount within 24 hours.
3. If your invoice hasn't been adjusted after more than 24h after you have received your refund confirmation, please reach out to our customer service.
