We will notify you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.
The steps are as follows:
- You will receive a return confirmation once the items have been registered in our warehouse.
- After that, we will send you a refund confirmation, in which we state that your Klarna invoice will be adjusted and refunded with the respective amount within 24 hours.
- If your invoice hasn't been adjusted after more than 24h after you have received your refund confirmation, please reach out to our customer service.
